These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of StreamerSquare websites, accounts, editorial content, consulting services, directories, events, tools, deals, opportunities, and related services operated by StreamerSquare, LLC, 170 S Lincoln St Ste 100, Spokane, WA 99201-4443.

By using StreamerSquare, creating an account, booking a consulting session, or accessing paid or member features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to contact@streamersquare.com.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

StreamerSquare may limit, suspend, or disable access if we believe an account is unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, violates these Terms, or must be restricted for legal, security, or operational reasons.

We may terminate or suspend your account or access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. After termination, your right to use restricted parts of the service will stop immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

StreamerSquare publishes editorial content, guides, events, tools, deals, opportunities, and other resources for creators. Content is provided for informational purposes and may change without notice.

Third-party tools, deals, opportunities, events, links, and resources are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, terms, policies, actions, or outcomes.

Consulting sessions are paid appointments with creator strategists or consultants. You are responsible for selecting the consultant, time, and intake information that best match your needs.

Consulting advice is based on the information available at the time of the session. We do not guarantee specific audience growth, revenue, sponsorships, platform outcomes, business results, or other creator performance.

Cancellation, reschedule, and refund rules for consulting are described in the Refund Policy.

Paid services are processed through Stripe or other payment providers we may support. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges for purchases you make.

Receipts, billing records, refunds, and payment disputes may be handled through Stripe and StreamerSquare support. Taxes or fees may apply depending on the transaction and your location.

You may not misuse StreamerSquare, interfere with security or availability, scrape or copy content at scale without permission, submit unlawful or infringing content, harass others, impersonate people or entities, abuse payment or refund systems, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Admin, staff, consultant, and member-only features may only be used by authorized users for their intended purpose.

StreamerSquare content, design, branding, software, and materials are owned by StreamerSquare LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit them without permission except as allowed by law.

If you submit content, feedback, testimonials, or materials to StreamerSquare, you represent that you have the rights to do so and grant StreamerSquare permission to use them to operate, improve, and promote the service, subject to applicable privacy commitments.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, testimonials, or other comments about StreamerSquare, you grant StreamerSquare permission to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you. This includes using feedback to improve, develop, operate, market, and support StreamerSquare services.

This permission does not override the Privacy Policy. Personal information connected to feedback will still be handled as described there, and testimonials will be used in ways that are appropriate for the service context.

StreamerSquare is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific results from using the service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, StreamerSquare, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost profit damages arising from your use of the service.

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at contact@streamersquare.com. Before taking formal action, you and StreamerSquare agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice is sent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Your use of StreamerSquare may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
