Refund Policy

How consulting payments, cancellations, reschedules, Stripe refunds, and support cases work.

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how StreamerSquare, LLC, 170 S Lincoln St Ste 100, Spokane, WA 99201-4443, handles payments, cancellations, reschedules, and refunds for consulting sessions and other paid services.

How Payments Work

StreamerSquare consulting sessions are paid through Stripe Checkout. Stripe securely processes payment method details and provides receipts, payment status, refund records, and related billing infrastructure.

StreamerSquare records the booking, selected consultant, appointment time, payment status, receipt URL, Stripe customer information needed for support, and refund status. Consultants may receive payouts for eligible completed sessions through Stripe Connect or related Stripe payment infrastructure.

Cancellations

Confirmed consulting sessions may be canceled until 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session and the payment is eligible, StreamerSquare will initiate a Stripe refund for the paid session.

Cancellations close inside 24 hours of the scheduled start time. Inside that window, the session is generally not eligible for user-initiated cancellation or refund because the consultant has reserved the time.

Reschedules

Confirmed consulting sessions may be rescheduled until 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to the same consultant’s available times. Rescheduling keeps the booking with the same consultant and does not create a new charge.

Rescheduling closes inside 24 hours of the scheduled start time. If you need help with an exceptional circumstance, contact contact@streamersquare.com.

Refund Timing

When a refund is approved or triggered by an eligible cancellation, StreamerSquare submits the refund through Stripe. Stripe and your payment method provider control the timing of funds returning to your account.

Refunds commonly take several business days to appear, but timing can vary by card issuer, bank, payment method, region, and Stripe processing status. StreamerSquare cannot force a bank or card issuer to post funds faster after Stripe has accepted the refund.

Failed Or Abandoned Payments

If checkout is abandoned or payment fails, the booking may be marked as payment failed and no confirmed paid session is created. If you believe you were charged for a failed checkout, contact us so we can review Stripe records.

If Stripe reports a refund failure, StreamerSquare may mark the payment as refund failed while we investigate or retry through Stripe.

No-Shows And Late Arrivals

If you miss a scheduled session, arrive late, provide incorrect contact or calendar information, or are unavailable during the booked time, the session may not be eligible for a refund.

Consultants are expected to make reasonable efforts to attend and deliver confirmed sessions. If a consultant cannot attend or StreamerSquare must cancel a session, we will work with you on a reschedule or refund.

Other Paid Services

Future paid memberships, courses, downloads, resources, events, or other products may have their own refund terms shown at purchase. If a product-specific refund term conflicts with this policy, the product-specific term controls for that purchase.

Unless a separate policy says otherwise, fees for digital content, completed services, used benefits, and already-delivered products may be non-refundable.

Payment Disputes And Contact

Please contact StreamerSquare before opening a payment dispute so we can review the booking, payment, calendar, and refund records. Payment disputes may be handled through Stripe and the payment method provider.

If a charge is declined, reversed, disputed, or charged back, access to the related paid service may be paused while the payment status is reviewed. Opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider may delay our ability to process a voluntary refund or resolve the issue directly.

StreamerSquare may provide booking, receipt, cancellation, reschedule, communication, and service records to Stripe, the payment method provider, or other parties involved in resolving a dispute.
