Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, password credentials handled through our authentication provider, profile details, permissions, billing state, and login/session information.

For consulting, we may collect booking details, selected consultant, appointment time, intake responses, creator channels, Discord or contact details you provide, goals, feedback, cancellation or reschedule activity, and support messages.

For editorial and directory features, we may process submitted content, author profiles, media uploads, tags, public listing data, and admin actions. We may also collect technical information such as device, browser, IP address, cookies, local storage preferences, and basic usage or analytics events.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure accounts, authenticate users, manage permissions, publish and operate content, process consulting bookings, send transactional emails, sync calendar events, provide support, improve the product, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We may use feedback and testimonials to improve consulting quality and, where appropriate, display testimonial content in StreamerSquare surfaces. We do not sell personal information.

Payments And Providers

Payments for consulting and related paid services are processed by Stripe. StreamerSquare receives payment, customer, receipt, refund, payout, and billing status information needed to operate bookings and support payments. Stripe processes payment card and payment method details under its own terms and privacy practices.

We may use Google Calendar integration for consultant availability and event synchronization. We may use email service providers for transactional notices, Payload CMS for managed content, authentication tooling for accounts, and hosting, storage, logging, or analytics services needed to run the platform.

Cookies And Local Storage

StreamerSquare uses cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies to provide and maintain the service. These technologies may help authenticate users, protect accounts from fraudulent use, remember preferences such as theme selection, keep sessions active, understand traffic, and improve features.

Some cookies or local storage entries are necessary for account, security, and product functionality. If you disable cookies or clear local storage, parts of StreamerSquare may not function properly, and you may need to sign in again or reset preferences.

If StreamerSquare uses analytics or performance tooling, related data may be used to understand usage trends, diagnose issues, test improvements, and evaluate the effectiveness of product changes. We do not use this section to claim that advertising or legacy WordPress tracking tools are part of the current app.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Some operational records, such as payment, booking, audit, and support records, may be retained longer than account profile data.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Please use a strong password and contact us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

Your Choices And Privacy Rights

You can update certain account information in your account settings, manage sessions, and contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information where applicable.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, request a portable copy of information, or opt out of certain uses where required by law.

We may need to verify your request before acting on it. We may also keep information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, complete transactions, enforce agreements, maintain security, prevent fraud, or operate the service.
